A new 5⭐️ read!!
Noelle, who has recently lost her grandmother, uncovers letters and photos which belonged to her grandmother’s past and a love story she was never told about. Wanting to discover the full truth, she sets out to meet the mystery man, his grandson, and retrace the steps of her grandmother’s dream from a long time ago.
I absolutely loved this book for so many reasons. Firstly, the wholesome family road trip vibes were so fun to follow and it reminded me a lot of my favourite movie Letters to Juliet, and I was all for that. The way that Noelle reconnects with her grandmother and finds comfort in uncovering one final story was heart-warming, and such a unique way to demonstrate different ways of coping with loss and grief.
The relationships between Noelle and Theo, and between Noelle and Paul, were so beautifully crafted and the way it all unfolded along the way made me just want to keep reading more and more. The characters are on an emotional journey as well as a physical one, and it made for a really pacy read!
Ultimately, you feel like you are there on the road trip with them and I love love an immersive travel romance. 🌞🏔️
I’m so glad I read this and it’s the perfect read for the spring/summer season!
