'My Roommate is a Vampire' by Jenna Levine

This was a very different take on the close-proximity rom com, but I really enjoyed it! It was also a fun read for the spooky season, so I would recommend if you are looking for something light-hearted but with a Halloween twist.

We follow Cassie as she moves into a new apartment which seems too good to be true. It was cheap and in a prime location, but she knew something would be different about it. The difference being that - Frederick - the owner of the apartment - is a vampire. Initially scared away, Cassie learns to adapt to her new surroundings, as well as some new developing feelings.

The inclusion of the letters in this made it more fun to follow, and really added to Frederick's out of place character and vibe. He was really likeable, and so was Cassie, and all around this was a great pick for the month!
